Richard Russell has spent over 16 years in the renewable energy industry in a variety of finance and commercial roles, most recently as Group CFO of Renewable Energy Systems (RES) Group; an international developer, constructor and operator of grid connected infrastructure.

Guillermo has over 15 years of experience in development, delivery, acquisition or financing of over 9 GW of renewable energy projects, the majority in offshore wind.

Mark has over 25 years experience financing and investing in the energy sector, focused on renewables since 2003 and offshore wind since 2012.

Head of APAC

Yi-Hua has over 15 years of experience in investment banking, energy, utilities, infrastructure and renewables investment and development.

He joined the Macquarie Group in 2014 and has played a key role in a number of their offshore wind projects.

Head of South Korea

Woojin has over 14 years of experience in energy, infrastructure and project financing. He is the Vice Chairman of the Korea Wind Energy Industry Association, director of the South-North Korea Wind Development Association.

Head of Health, Safety, Sustainability and Quality

Rachel has 23 years experience working in the energy sector, primarily in HSSQ, and 15 years experience in the onshore and offshore wind industry, having worked across Latin America, Europe and globally. She holds a master’s degree in QHSES.

Anthony has over 15 years of expertise in offshore wind projects. As a chartered engineer Anthony has spent most of his career working on the development, construction, operation and management of wind farms, primarily offshore.

Executive commercial leader with 20+ years global experience in the energy industry. Benoit's previous roles include leading all procurement activities for Vattenfall's renewable energy activities globally.

General Counsel

Jonathan is one of the leading lawyers in global offshore wind with 15+ years of experience. He has experience supporting projects across the lifecycle, new market entries, subsidy and lease auctions, joint ventures and power purchase arrangements.

Krishna has over 17 years experience in HR and organisational development across Australia, APAC and the UK. With extensive experience in setting up HR functions centred on organisational and employee engagement.

David has 10+ years of experience in operations, strategy and project management with strong expertise in line management of support teams, managing intra-group relationships, development and delivery of global initiatives.
