Code of Business Ethics & Conduct

Our Code of Business Ethics and Conduct: Genuine Accountability in Leadership and Ethics (GALE) serves as the foundation for how our staff interact and engage with each other, our business partners, and the communities affected by our operations.

This code, setting forth our commitments to workplace health and safety, environmental sustainability, and integrity, underscores our adherence to the letter and spirit of all laws of the jurisdictions in which we operate worldwide.

Anti-Bribery & Corruption

We have zero tolerance for unethical behaviour, including all forms of bribery and corruption. We have controls in place to identify, mitigate and monitor any Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) risks to our business.

Whistleblowing Policy

We strongly support an open and inclusive working environment. As such, we encourage our staff, business partners, or anyone affected by our business operations to speak up if they have concerns or can identify areas in which we can improve. Corio strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against those who raise concerns in good faith.

Concerns may be raised directly with Corio staff or through the Corio Integrity Line, an independent external whistleblowing service that is available in 14 languages and permits anonymous reports. All reports will be handled confidentially.

Health, Safety, Sustainability and Quality

We are committed to managing Health, Safety, Sustainability and Quality (HSSQ) risks effectively by implementing control measures aimed at preventing injury, ill health, negative environmental or social impacts, quality issues and promoting a positive HSSQ culture.

Human Rights

We are committed to respecting fundamental human rights and the dignity of all individuals within our company, in the supply chain and in the communities where we are operating.

Respect for human rights is fully integrated in Corio’s strategy, decision making processes and culture.
