Corio shortlisted for four awards including Offshore Developer of the Year

Corio Generation has been named as a finalist for four awards including Offshore Developer of the Year in the prestigious Wind Investment Awards.

The awards organised by Tamarindo celebrate best practice in the global wind industry across project development, innovation, financing and asset management.

After being named Offshore Developer of the Year at the 2023 edition of the awards, Corio is among four other developers this year shortlisted for the accolade.

In addition, Corio was named as a finalist in three other categories:

  • M&A Deal of the Year for Corio’s investment into Attentive Energy in the USA

  • ESG Initiative Award

  • Rising Star of the Year for Corio Vice President Maria Sarzea

The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in London on 23 May 2024.

At Tamarindo’s 2023 Wind Investment Awards, Corio was acknowledged with awards for Offshore Developer of the Year and Equity Deal of the Year for our partnership with Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. In addition, our CEO Jonathan Cole received a special nomination for Industry Leader of the Year
